• Your dedicated lettings consultant will work some of the longest hours in the industry on your behalf: 9–7 and beyond on weekdays and 0930–2 Saturdays
• Every one of our consultants receives comprehensive and ongoing training, both internally and from the Association of Residential Lettings Agents
• We pride ourselves on high staff retention, not turnover, which results in a smooth and efficient service
• Your property will appear on our user-friendly website, on all the major property websites, and in the highest profile local and national print media
• We always ask for holding deposits to secure a tenancy, undertake references through an agency and collect one calendar month's rent in advance and a deposit on your behalf
• To safeguard your property, we'll create a legally sound Tenancy Agreement. We can also carry out comprehensive inventories at the start and end of a tenancy.

Choose this option and all your tenancies will be run smoothly, cost-effectively and within the law.For you, this will amount to peace of mind, an increased likelihood of tenancy renewals – potentially allowing you to charge a higher rental rate – and even help you avoid the dreaded void periods that are every landlord's nightmare.
As part of our service, we also forward rental payments to our landlords within 10 working days, and, if required, can perform twice yearly visual inspections (at four monthly intervals).
